Due to work needs, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Guang'an City plans to openly recruit 5 labor service professional technicians for the society. The relevant matters are announced as follows:

I. Recruitment Principles

Adhere to the principles of openness, equality, competition, and merit, and follow the methods of public application, unified examination, strict assessment, and merit selection.

Recruitment objects and conditions

(I) Recruitment object

Social working and non-working people who meet the requirements of the post.

(II) Registration conditions

1.Support the party's line, principles, and policies, abide by the country's constitution, laws, and regulations, have good political quality and professional ethics, love and respect the work, observe discipline and law, and have good morals;

2. Possess academic qualifications and qualifications that meet the requirements of the position;

3. Have physical conditions to perform their duties normally.

Under any of the following circumstances, registration is not allowed:

1. No conclusion has been reached because of political, economic and other issues being reviewed;

2.Illegal and criminal acts have not been revoked;

3.A labor dispute with the original employer;

4. Personnel in other circumstances that are not allowed to apply for examinations as required by laws and regulations.

Fourth, the employment period

The employment period is three years, counting from the date of signing the labor contract.

V. Registration and Qualification Examination

The registration method for this open recruitment is on-site registration, and the qualification review will be conducted at the same time.

(IV) Registration requirements: Fill in the `` Registration Form for Recruitment of Dispatched Professionals and Technical Personnel of Guang'an Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Bureau '' (see Annex 2, two-sided printing, in duplicate), and hold a graduation certificate, academic degree certificate, second Resident ID card, "Electronic Registration Record Form for Education Certificate of the Ministry of Education" (candidates should inquire and print on Xuexin website) and relevant certificates (the above materials must be submitted with two originals and photocopies), and my recent 2-inch color bareheaded photo3 Zhang;

(5) Qualification review: The Guang'an Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Bureau will conduct qualification review on applicants according to the recruitment conditions. Test

(1) Examination opening ratio: The ratio of the number of applicants for each post to the number of applicants must not be less than 1: 2. If the number of applicants does not reach the ratio of the start of the exams, the number of recruiters will be reduced or the job recruitment will be cancelled accordingly;

(II) Examination method: The combination of written test and interview is adopted. According to the candidate's written test, the total score is converted, and the number of recruited positions is doubled, and the list of personnel entering the interview is determined from high to low. If the written test is equivalent to the total score, it will enter the interview together; the total test score is calculated based on 100 points. The written test score accounts for 50% and the interview score accounts for 50%. Please refer to the person to bring their second-generation ID card to take the test.

(3) Examination time and place: further notice.

7. Results announcement

The test results will be publicized on the official website of Guang'an Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Guang'an Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Bureau for five working days.After the publicity, there will be no more objections, and the results will be entered in the order of high to low. If the last test result entered into the physical examination appears side by side, the collocated personnel enter the physical examination together (for those who pass the medical examination, the written examination results will be accepted first).

Eighth, physical examination

The physical examination is performed in a general hospital at or above the county level. For the items and standards of medical examination, refer to the "Notice on Amending the" General Standards for Medical Examinations for Civil Servants (Trial) "and" Operation Manual for Medical Examinations for Civil Servants (Trial) "(Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (2016) No. 140), The Notice of Good Civil Servant Examination and Medical Examination Work "(Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2012] No. 65) is implemented. The medical examination related matters shall be directly notified to the candidates by the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Guang'an City in conjunction with relevant departments, and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by themselves. If they fail to pass the medical examination standards, re-examination will be arranged. The contents of the re-examination are items that have an impact on the conclusion of the medical examination. The re-examination is only conducted once, and the conclusion of the medical examination is subject to the results of the re-examination. There is a gap due to unsuccessful re-examinations, and one refill is made according to the test results from high to low scores.

Those who fail to attend the physical examination or re-examination on time will be deemed to have waived their medical examination qualifications automatically and will not be re-examined.

Nine, inspection

Qualified medical personnel enter the inspection link. Conduct a comprehensive, objective, and fair inspection of personnel files and political ideology, moral qualities, and compliance with laws and regulations of medically qualified personnel. Those who fail the inspection will not be resubmitted.

Ten, use management

(1) Qualified personnel for medical examination and inspection shall be confirmed as intended personnel after three working days of publicity. If there is a serious problem in the report and there is evidence to be found, no employment will be allowed; if there is a serious problem in the report but it is difficult to verify or deny for a while, the employment will be suspended and the decision on whether to hire will be made after it is verified.

(2) The personnel to be hired shall report within the prescribed time (the specific time shall be subject to the notice), and sign a labor contract with the human resources service agency in accordance with the relevant provisions, with a probation period of 2 months. Those who refuse to report will be disqualified from employment.

(3) After the expiry of the employment period, the employment contract may be renewed after consensus. Implement a management mode that matches people and posts and can enter and leave. If there are illegal acts during the employment, serious disciplinary violations or unqualified during the probation period, the employment shall be cancelled.

Eleven, salary

For details of the salaries and salaries of the publicly recruited staff, please refer to Annex 1, and purchase social insurance in accordance with the regulations. Only after working in this unit for 6 months, can they enjoy the relevant incentive treatment according to the relevant regulations of the employer.

12. Other matters

(1) This recruitment is conducted strictly in accordance with relevant regulations. It is strictly forbidden to engage in fraud, fraud, or fraud. Once found, it will be investigated and punished, and the qualification for employment will be cancelled.
