Santai Vocational and Technical School is a public secondary vocational and technical school affiliated to Santai County. The school started in 1985 and moved to Zizhou Industry City New District on December 31, 2019. There are currently more than 3,000 students. I. Selection of positions

Management and assessment

The principals of the three vocational and technical schools have the right to select and hire middle-level cadres and teachers, and accept the annual assessment and term target assessment management. The main assessment indicators are as follows:

1. During the term of office, a well-known secondary vocational school in Mianyang City will be built to create a model school for secondary vocational schools in Sichuan.

2. Actively promote the construction of disciplines, and form a professional system and curriculum system that has characteristics, influence, and meets the needs of county economic development.

3. Actively promote mechanism innovation, and establish a clear and effective mechanism for selecting and assessing middle-level cadres and teachers in schools.

4. The scale of school running has achieved annual growth. The increasing rate of enrollment and consolidation rate of students each year is leading in similar schools.

5. The student employment placement rate is high, and stable employment can be maintained.

The annual salary system is implemented, with an annual salary of 200,000 yuan, of which 70% is basic salary and 30% is incentive salary (20% is assessed at the end of the year and 10% is expired at the end of the term). Incentive remuneration is paid according to the assessment method. The basic remuneration of financial support personnel includes a financial distribution component.

V. Selection process

(1) Submit the application materials. (3) Interview. The interview takes the applicant's oral presentation and on-site defense as the main form. In addition to introducing the personal profile, the candidate should fully explain the ideas of running the school, disciplinary construction, professional setting, teacher management, student training, and management mechanism innovation. Presentation time is within 30 minutes per person. After the interview, the selection work team will select the best candidates according to the interview situation. (4) Physical examination. The county education and physical education bureau will organize candidates to conduct medical examinations in hospitals with medical examination qualifications. The medical examination standards are implemented in accordance with the standards for the qualification of teachers. (5) Employment. Those who are qualified for medical examination shall be employed in accordance with relevant procedures. The hiring period begins in the spring semester of 2020.
