Third, the introduction process

(I) Registration

。 1. Registration time: Registration is available from the date of announcement, and the deadline is February 2, 2020 .

2. Registration method: Registration takes place through online registration. Download and accurately fill in the "Registration Plan for Xiaoping Hometown Talents for 2020 in Guang'an City" (Registration Form for Attachment of Urgently Needed Professionals) (Appendix 7-2), and fill in the "Registration Form" and scanned application materials (including My valid ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate, relevant professional and technical post qualification certificate and important scientific and technological achievements or academic achievements certification materials are packaged and sent to the mailbox (gaa_hr@sina.com) in the form of electronic documents.

(II) Qualification review

(5) Selection of candidates

According to the interview situation and the post requirements, the interview team proposes preliminary candidates and submits them to the Party Committee of Aizhong. If there is no suitable candidate for a position during the interview, the position will not be introduced for the time being.

The items and standards of the medical examination are implemented with reference to the "Notice on Amending the" General Standards for Medical Examinations for Civil Servants (Trial) "and" Operation Manual for Medical Examinations for Civil Servants (Trial) "(Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2016] No. 140). (8) Investigation

Personnel who have disclosed no objections after the medical examination are organized by Sichuan Guang'an Aizhong Co., Ltd. to a person's work unit (school) and other places to conduct a political review of the personnel by conducting interviews and other methods, or by means of background checks.

(9) Employment

After passing the physical examination and inspection, the candidates to be introduced are publicly announced. If there is no objection to the publicity, they shall be reported to the Municipal Party Committee Organization Department, Municipal Human Resources and Social Affairs Bureau, and Municipal Party Committee for review and approval in accordance with the procedures and go through the relevant formalities. After the introduction, the minimum service life in Sichuan Guang'an Aizhong Co., Ltd. is 5 years. Note: The list and standards of “double first-class” universities are subject to the “Notice Concerning the Announcement of the List of World-Class Universities and First-Class Discipline Construction Universities and Construction Disciplines” jointly issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance, and the National Development and Reform Commission.
