I. Recruitment quota

Recruitment target

As of December 31, 2019, "Western Plan Volunteers" who have served in Shimian County for two years or more and have passed the annual assessment of excellent or higher.

3. Recruitment conditions

1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, and love the motherland; obey the laws and disciplines, behave properly, and be healthy;

2. Possessing good political and ideological qualities; possessing professional standards and working ability that meet the requirements of the post;

3. Volunteer to work at the grassroots level, with a down-to-earth working style, hard working, willing to dedicate, and strong organizational discipline;

4. Age requirements: The age requirement for personnel is 18-35 years of age (born between January 10, 1984 and January 10, 2002).

(3) No one may apply for the examination in any of the following circumstances

Fourth, recruitment procedures

(I) Registration and Qualification Examination

The recruitment for this assessment is based on on-site registration. The registration and qualification review work is responsible for the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Shimian County.

1. Registration time and place.

Registration time: January 10, 2020

2. Registration method. Candidates who meet the qualifications for recruitment and recruitment must hold one original and a photocopy of their valid identity cards, graduation certificates, and other requirements for the post. 3. Qualification review. (Two) examination

The examination is divided into written examination, interview and inspection. The total score of the examination is calculated based on a total of 100 points, of which the written test score and the interview score each account for 40% of the total score, and the inspection score accounts for 20% of the total score.

2. Interview. According to the ratio of 1: 3 positions, the candidates will be determined from the high score to the low score in the written examination results (if the last score is the same, they will be interviewed together). If the number of candidates for the position and the number of candidates entering the interview do not reach 1: 3, all candidates who take the written test for the position will be interviewed. (Three) physical examination

Candidates for physical examination are determined according to the total test scores of candidates from high to low. (If the total test score is the same, the ranking will be determined by the written test score. Candidates who have questions about the results of the medical examination may request reexamination within 7 days from the date of receiving the notification of the medical examination conclusion. The shortfalls due to unsuccessful medical examinations or automatic abandonment will be made up according to the total score of the examination from high to low. The remedial work is performed only once. (4) Publicity

The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Shimian County determines the personnel to be hired based on the candidates' total examination results and physical examination, and conducts publicity through the Ya'an City Personnel Examination Network for no less than 7 working days. During the publicity period, social supervision and reporting are accepted, and the reporter shall truthfully and truthfully reflect the problem and provide necessary investigative clues. (V) Employment
