2020 Announcement of Quzhou Yinxian Economic Information Science and Technology Bureau on Direct Evaluation and Recruitment of 2 Staff Members of Institutions

Due to work needs, the Lixian County Economic Information Science and Technology Bureau decided to openly and directly evaluate the recruitment of two staff members of the Lixian SME Service Center of its subordinate institutions. The related matters are announced as follows:
I. Recruitment Scope
Qualified current and non-working staff.
Recruiting positions and numbers
There are 2 recruiters from the Lixian Small and Medium Enterprise Service Center, a subordinate institution of the Lixian Economic Information Science and Technology Bureau. For the job requirements, please refer to the “Position Requirements for the Lixian Economic Information Science and Technology Bureau's Direct Examination and Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions” (Annex 1).
3. Recruitment Application Conditions
(1) Candidates must meet the following conditions
1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China, love the socialist motherland, support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, support the Communist Party of China, abide by laws and disciplines, have good morals, have good professional ethics, be dedicated to work, and have a strong sense of enterprise and responsibility.
2. Abide by disciplines and laws, conduct good, and have good professional ethics.
3. Possess the physical conditions required for normal performance of duties, and good ideological and political quality.
4. Full-time graduate students (Master's degree and above) with nationally recognized education qualifications and specific requirements for recruitment positions (see Annex 1 for details). Among them: the education is based on the records of the graduation certificate, and the fresh graduates must obtain the education and degree certificates before September 2020.
(2) Personnel in any of the following circumstances shall not apply
1. Having received criminal punishment, reeducation through labor, or administrative dismissal.
2. Suspected of disciplinary violations are being reviewed.
3. Others who do not meet the application requirements or regulations shall not be employed as staff in public institutions.
Fourth, recruitment procedures and methods
(I) Registration and Qualification Examination
1. Registration method: On-site registration.
2. Registration time: January 15, 2020 (8: 30-12: 00, 2: 30-6: 00).
3. Registration place: Personnel and Political Work Unit on the third floor of Jingxian Economic Information Science and Technology Bureau. (Consultation Tel: 0830-8178128)
4. Materials required for registration:
(1) Hold the original valid resident identity card, original graduation certificate and photocopy, and the relevant original document certification materials required by the post (new graduates need to issue a certificate from the school) and photocopy.
(2) Two copies of the Registration Form for Directly Recruiting and Recruiting Staff of Public Institutions in the Public Service Department of Small County SMEs of the Municipal Economic Information Science and Technology Bureau (see Annex 2 for details);
(3) I have two recent 1-inch frontal and bottomless colorless photos.
(II) Qualification review
The qualification review is mainly based on the recruitment conditions stipulated in the announcement. Candidates are responsible for the authenticity of the submitted materials. Anyone who falsifies or conceals relevant information will be disqualified from the examination once verified.
(Three) comprehensive test
Candidates who have passed the qualification examination participate in the comprehensive test, and the time, place and test method will be notified separately.
(Four) physical examination
According to the assessment situation, according to the merits of the recruitment positions, determine the personnel who will enter the medical examination. The medical examination was conducted in general hospitals of Grade A and above. The medical examination standards refer to the former Ministry of Personnel's General Standards for Medical Examination for Civil Service Employment (Trial), the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security's Notice on Further Improving the Medical Examination for Civil Service Examination and the Civil Service Recruitment of Physical Examination Operation Manual (Trial) ". The specific time of the medical examination will be notified separately.
Applicants who fail to arrive at the designated place within the prescribed time and fail to complete the prescribed project medical examination within the prescribed period shall be deemed to have waived automatically. If there is a shortage due to unqualified medical examination, the Juxian County Bureau of Economic Information Science and Technology determines whether to make up for it according to the situation.
(V) Inspection
Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the qualified personnel for the medical examination. The inspection mainly includes the candidates' political thoughts, moral qualities, ability qualities, learning and work performance, compliance with laws and regulations, integrity and self-discipline, social relations, and whether they need to be evaded. Meet the eligibility requirements and make a conclusion about whether they are qualified. Those who fail to meet the requirements, have a poor response, and have severe mental illness may be postponed until their employment qualifications are cancelled.
(6) Publicity and Employment
Recruitment personnel who have passed the assessment and physical examination for the direct assessment shall be publicized on the website of the Li County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for a period of not less than 7 working days.
Personnel who have no objections will be reported to the Shengzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for examination and approval in accordance with relevant regulations and procedures, and then go through the procedures of employment, establishment, and salary verification. If the hired person is a staff member of another unit, the employment contract or labor contract with the original unit shall be terminated or terminated in accordance with the law. If the employment contract or labor contract with the original unit cannot be cancelled or terminated within the prescribed period, the recruiting unit shall not accept the employment. .
The hired person must provide the relevant materials for the real assessment of recruitment. If the information is found to be false, does not meet the requirements of the position, or violates the employment policies and regulations, they can be disqualified or terminated at their own risk.
(VII) Explanation of employment related issues
If the hired person is a staff member of another unit, he shall first terminate the employment contract or labor contract with the original unit in accordance with the law. If the employment contract or labor contract with the original unit cannot be terminated within the prescribed period, it shall not be employed.
V. Interpretation of announcements
This announcement is to be interpreted by the Shexian County Economic Information Science and Technology Bureau, and the outstanding matters shall be implemented in accordance with relevant laws and policies.
