Chapter I General Provisions

Article 2 These Measures apply to the national and provincial professional and technical personnel qualification (level) examinations, government and institution technical worker (technician) level examinations, national civil servant and agency staff examinations, and public institutions Hiring staff for examinations, etc.

Article 3 The test takers referred to in these measures refer to those who have applied for and passed the qualification examination to agree to take the test in accordance with the relevant provisions of the personnel examination.

The personnel examination personnel referred to in these measures include personnel of personnel examination institutions at all levels, personnel engaged in personnel examination propositions, making papers, invigilating examinations, marking papers, scores, interviews, and personnel involved in personnel examination related affairs. The personnel examination department mentioned in these measures refers to the government personnel department that comprehensively manages personnel examination work. The personnel departments of governments at all levels are the personnel examination authorities at this level.

The personnel examination institution referred to in these measures refers to the institution entrusted by the personnel examination department to specifically undertake or organize the implementation of the personnel examination examination work.

Article 4 The handling of violations of laws and disciplines listed in these Measures shall be handled by the personnel examination and supervision department and supervisory department of each level in accordance with cadre management authority, unless the laws and regulations and these Measures provide otherwise.

Article 5 In dealing with violations of laws and regulations, clear facts, solid evidence, accurate applicable regulations, complete procedures and timely processing shall be achieved.

Chapter II Examination and Disciplinary Actions of Examinees and Their Handling

Article 6 The methods for dealing with violations of discipline and discipline by test personnel are divided into:

(1) giving a warning on the spot;

(2) Cancellation of the qualification for the current subject examination;

(3) Deciding that the results of the subjects in the current examination are invalid;

(4) Deciding that the results of all subjects in the current examination are invalid;

(5) Deciding to cancel the examination qualification within one to three years of this examination item;

(6) Disciplinary sanctions shall be given;

(7) If it is suspected of breaking the law, it shall be transferred to the judicial organ.

Decisions on the handling of violations of rules and regulations shall be made in a timely manner and recorded in the registration and archives of test takers in accordance with regulations, and the evidence materials on which violations of rules and regulations are handled shall be archived for inspection by the local personnel examination institution.

Article 7 If the examinee has any of the following behaviors, the supervisor will give a warning on the spot. If it is still not corrected after being warned, the main examiner cancels his qualification for the current undergraduate examination and is ordered to leave the examination room. The personnel examination institution will report the opinions and evidence to the competent personnel examination department at the same level and decide to give the current undergraduate examination score as invalid. Processing:

(1) The documents are incomplete or are holding a temporary resident ID card, an expired resident ID card, and a photocopy of the ID card to take the test;

(2) Bringing books, materials, electronic products with text storage or audio functions, communication tools, or other items other than those specified into the exam seat in violation of the regulations;

(3) Failure to fill in (fill in) the name, admission ticket number and other relevant information as required after 30 minutes from the start of the test;

(4) signing a non-signature office, writing a test number, or making a special mark on the test paper or answer card;

(5) answering questions with pens other than those specified;

(6) Damage to test papers, question books, answer cards or draft papers;

(7) Failure to answer questions or submit papers within the prescribed time;

(8) Leaving his seat without permission during the examination;

(9) Smoking, noise, or other acts that disturb the order of the examination room and affect others' examinations;

(10) whispering to each other, gesticulating each other, transmitting signals, and other acts that violate the discipline of the examination;

(11) Those who attempt to log on to the computer without authorization have unrelated examination numbers;

(12) Those who attempt to copy information on a computer without permission.

Article 8 If the examinee has any of the following behaviors, the invigilator shall report to the main examiner to cancel his qualification for the current subject examination and order him to leave the examination room. The personnel examination institution will report the processing opinions and evidence materials to the competent personnel examination department at the same level to decide to give it invalid treatment of all subjects in the current examination, and notify the unit:

(1) Entraining, peeking at reference materials, using electronic products with text storage or audio functions, communication tools, or other items or means other than those specified;

(2) plagiarizing the answers of others;

(3) assisting others in answering questions, passing information about the content of the test, passing stationery or articles, or agreeing, acquiescing, or helping others to copy;

(4) Exchanging test papers and answer cards;

(5) Other serious violations of the discipline of the examination.
